Do you own a 9mm blank? We can supply you with a Certificate Card if stopped by SAPS or traffic officer you can show them the certificate card the FCA act is on there stating no license required. Details will be printed on a pvc card like your plastic bank cards.

Id Photo
Id Number
Blank Serial Number
Blank Model
